We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. We recommend that return items be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey. Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items such as underwear, make-up and body jewelry. We will not be able to accept returns on swimwear purchases if the tags or hygienic strips have been removed.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the urbanplaza.co.uk invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as urbanplaza.co.uk cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Send your package to:

We will process the refund within 30 days of cancellation. for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed.
